Artbar Gallery is located at the heart of the Yorkshire Dales National Park.

It is situated beside the A684 in the tiny village of Appersett, approximately 1 mile west of Hawes, and is well serviced by major roads (the M6 from Kendal in the West and A1 from Bedale in the East).

Garsdale Station, on the beautiful Settle-Carlisle railway line, is just a few miles to the west and has a community shuttle bus into Hawes.
